This site collects as little as it can, and what it does collect stays in the EU.

Who is responsible

This website is run by BB Open Solutions B.V., Dieze 49, 5032 XG Tilburg, the Netherlands, in its role as steward of the project. It is the controller for what this site collects. Questions and complaints go to privacy@bb-open.com or 085 2500 791, and a person answers them.

What this website collects

If you fill in the contact form: your name, email address, organisation, an indication of fleet size and whatever you write in the message. If you email or call instead, the same applies to what you send us. Nothing else on this site asks for personal data.

Why, and on what basis

To answer you and, if it leads somewhere, to carry out the agreement that follows. That is a legitimate interest and, once there is an agreement, its performance under Article 6 GDPR. We do not use automated decision-making and we do not profile you.

Where it lands

In our own CRM, hosted in the EU on infrastructure we run. It is not shared with advertisers, and not with anyone else unless a contract or the law requires it and a processing agreement is in place.

How long we keep it

As long as the conversation is live, and after that as long as the law requires for administration. Ask us to delete it earlier and we will, unless a retention obligation says otherwise.

Statistics without cookies

This site uses Plausible Analytics, which runs on plausible.io in the EU. The script and the events travel through this domain rather than going straight there, so no request leaves for another host and an ad blocker does not have to guess. It sets no cookies, stores no personal data, builds no profiles and shares nothing with ad networks. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Your rights

You may ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. Write to privacy@bb-open.com and you get an answer within four weeks. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Security

Appropriate technical and organisational measures against loss, misuse, unauthorised access and modification. If something goes wrong that affects you, you hear it from us.

These pages cover this website. The steward runs it and is responsible for what happens on it; the software itself is governed by its licence. Need them in Dutch, or a signed copy? Ask.
